Good Morning, and I mean...
...that you should think it is good whether you want to or not! (Or whatever time is for you...)
I clicked on this forum by strange accident... I was going through the emulator zone and accidentally clicked on blogs, and then... curiosity got the better of me, and that's how I signed up. Not many people I know that are into PC Games aswell as Console games... (not both... usually)
I am from Durban, South African and I usually go by the name of Shin, so feel free to call me that. I'm very much into Mecha anime and videogames, especially Gundam and the SRW Series. I've been using PC's all my life and that's where I usually spend most of my spare time when I can spare it. I'm also very much into High-fantasy literature, aswell as science fiction literature. My musical interests include Orchestral and Metal, and a mix of the both when possible.
That's enough about me. I'm afraid the other aspects are too much of a long story.
Hope to meet many of you here and possibly help out if I can.

Orchestra and metal, strange combination, but I imagine it wouldn't sound too much different from symphonic metal, glad to meet you, as you can see, I'm a metal fan also.

Good to know. I do like Symphonic Metal, but Power Metal mostly dominates that. Mostly Stratovarius. The old and the new songs. Orchestral and Metal are sort of the same if you look at it from a technical perspective. Most people just don't see that, and think it's noisy.
What do you listen to mostly? I've been into Altaria for a long while now. Before that, it was Blind Guardian.

Well, it shouldn't be too hard guessing who my favourite band is. For power metal, it's a hard choice between Sabaton and In Flames. Recently I've been listening to a LOT of 'metaloid' (metal mixed with vocaloid). I also listen to Rammstein a lot, that was the band that got me into metal. And of course, who can dislike Slayer.

Sabaton, also one of my favorites. For me, it would either be Primo Victoria or Attero Dominatus. Never listen to Coat of Arms or their new one yet... If you like Sabaton's early albums like Fist for Fight, give Blind Guardian a shot. Also, try Helloween. You won't be dissapointed with Helloween.

The only song I've heard by Helloween is 'I Want Out' which I loved, I really should check them out more. And, here's my favourite Sabaton song from their new album.

Give this one a shot. One of my favorite Helloween songs. I wish I had a 320k mp3 of it.

Because the crowd keeps screaming? Haha, I thought the same too. But it's not so bad. Especially if it's recorded right. It seems like the arena sound is toned down in that. The instruments are recorded.

I like very few live songs, it just isn't clear enough for me. Of course, I've never been to an actual concert, so that might change when I eventually do.
Re: Good Morning, and I mean...
Same here. Mostly because most music here is overated and no money.
